“Very nice campground close to Montreal. Most of the sites are seasonal but a few are 3 service for travelers or weekenders. \we stayed 2 nights and found it very pleasant and quiet. Seasonal campers are very nice and friendly. Washrooms were closed due to COVID-19. The wild camping area however did not look very appealing and that's why I give this 4 starts rather than 5.”

“Camping on the weekend of Thanks Giving Oct 12-14 reservations was fairly easy, can be done on line or by phone. Mind you, we went at the end of the season. Fairly large camp site, enough room between neighbors but could use a bit more space. There's a fair amount of trees but no privacy bushes. Lots of seasonal people and only a small amount of vacancy for transient travelers. Best to reserve months in advance. There's a VIP section which is reserved to those in that section and all are seasonal. Several parks and bathrooms to choose from for the kids and morning routine. There are people complaining about the camp rules are to strict, but I feel rules makes a safe camp site.. so the more the better. There's a lot of people that have no respect for others. Cons: Bag of firewood is 13.50, I find it very expensive for the quantity. There is a very steep hill from the front office to the start of the camp sites, difficult to maintain a safe speed. Pron to spring flooding. Pros: beautiful clean bathrooms, but 1$/4min showers. They have the most modern bathrooms ever seen in all my travels. Very well stocked office from food to rv equipment. HUGE boat dock with a huge water platform to relax and enjoy the sun and water, they even have pic nic tables and zero gravity chairs to use. There's also a onsite restaurant, but was closed for the season. The main garbage and recycle is near the front office which is away from the main camp. 2 parks for the kids to play at and as well a Pool (closed for the season). This is a very interesting camp site to go to, and will definitely make a rsvp for next year during the hot months to at least use 100% of the facility. Its also only 45min drive from MTL. I would recommend a few stays before believing the negative posts.”

“Not a bad beach close to Montreal. Nothing super special about it but the water seems clean and there's plenty of sand and activities to do. I've gone during the day on weekdays so it's not too busy with the exception of Fridays. Nice mix of beach people and families. I personally wouldn't "camp" there but to each their own. Check it out!”

“My family and I camped here and were blown away by the friendliness/hospitality. Very accomodating, family friendly and you can tell that the owners take pride in the service they provide. Very clean compared to most campgrounds we've been to. Another added bonus was that the owner is bilingual and spoke great English. My wife and I both agreed that we would go back again.”

“Impossible to find if you are arriving by bicycle. There is no office, tends to cater simply to seasonal people who tend to be very suspicious and watch your every move. I will admit I was wrong to try and find an AC outlet to plug my phone into for a few minutes to charge it after cycling 197 km, and the manager only charged me $25 to pitch my tent for a quiet, clean, peaceful sleep, hats off to him all the way. Free showers, great views and a nice path to walk around. My only beef is if you are going to advertise as a campground as opposed to a seasonal site that will allow stragglers to enter, then have some sort of an office, even close at 6 or 7pm but have something. They have 75 "surveillance cameras", the seasonal people who will watch your every move. Sorry for trying to find an AC outlet. I will never forget the welcome you gave me..."what time are you leaving in the morning." All is well, good luck to you folks there.”
