“SO happy that Atmosphere Interior Design was hired to do the interior design again (possibly haven’t for a few years??) their furniture and attention to fine details are top notch and the uniqueness aspect is what puts this home above most of the recent lottery homes. Playing with bold colours and patterns seem to be a risk in Saskatoon’s interior design spread but Curtis and Trevor are able to bring it into a home and rock it. I’m starting to think the hospital agency puts more money into the Spring lottery home in comparison to the homes for their Fall lottery homes. However, I did notice that they chose cheaper alternatives to some things like the washer, dryer, fridge etc. So budget wise I feel the true luxury that Atmosphere produces wasn’t able to be fully idolized in this home (not Atmosphere’s fault). *note how current million dollar & up homes have latest technology and appliances like integrated refrigerators for example, and this kitchen lacks that. So if people were looking at this home if it was on the real estate market, they might be upset that it wasn’t up to the general price range standards. The basement areas are quite spacious and large which is shocking for most newly built homes. Final opinion is that the driveway is aesthetically disgusting. It is so basic like something you’d find on the property of a cookie cutter neighbourhood like Stonebridge. Just wait for the ground to shift and it will crack and give the home a gross exterior sense.”
