“EDIT: I originally posted a negative review following some not so pleasant interactions with a lady at the counter and with finding out I wasn't able to return some hardwood that was still in box. The owner, Carl, phoned me on my cell phone after reading my review and personally approved the return and expressed his regrets about the situation. He was extremely polite and casual about the whole ordeal. Ultimately, I have to admit that even though I was not so satisfied with my initial experience, interacting with him directly has changed my mind and he has saved me as a customer. He obviously cares a great deal about his business and I very much respect that. I will return to Prestige again. Thank you Carl!”
