“I had been growing my hair out from a pixie cut for a few years, and had all sorts of chaos going on from old undercuts. The stylist was nice, but I don't think she understood the image I had brought in as my hair just kept getting shorter and shorter and when she finally asked for my opinion I told her to do what she thought was best. I guess at work we all have a bad day, but her bad day is going to affect me for a bit longer than that.. It's been a week and I'm still choked at how short it came out. I told her I liked it and tipped her... confrontation is not my forte. I hope she gets a little bit more practice and is honest when she is approached with something she may not be able to do. The salon was tidy, and I really liked being in a more upright position at the hair sinks. She was great and put a nice warm towel for under my neck too. I'll be back, but will be checking out another stylist.”
