“It’s a nice place and the service was excellent. The only complaint that I have is the pricing which happens on a constant basis. Every month I get my roots touched up, no other changes besides a haircut once in a while. It takes almost 2 hours (my hair is shoulder-length, not that long) and I was charged almost $200 when I was told by one of the stylists that the cost is estimated around $90. I asked the front desk why the price was so high & she said part of the pricing included was 2 toners ($20 each). Need I remind you that I was never asked about adding any toning solution to my hair when I’m only here just for a root touch-up. Are you kidding me? If this keeps going then I’m not coming back cause I’m not paying for an amount this high. Another location that I went to (also through Chatters) charge me $75 for the same process, that’s reasonable. Be aware the next time when you go get your hair done at this spot.”
