-Towel Service
-Every machine, free weights, etc. you could ask for
-Studio with mirrors everywhere, surround sound system, heating, etc
-2 Boxing Bags and a speed bag
-Never crowded even on peak hours
-Classes are integrated with MindBody app

(March 21, 2019, 3:12 pm)From the exceptional reception greeting to the variety of training equipment, this gym is a 5 stars. One of the best -in my cross Canada travels.
(October 28, 2018, 8:22 pm)Awesome gym, been going for 6 years and haven't looked back. It is a bit older compared to the newer gyms but the atmosphere this gym has cannot be beat, it's easy to focus. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, I forgot my shoes one day and the guy working the front desk actually took his shoes off for me to use during my workout. Overall this is a great gym to be at.
