Unfortunately, they couldn't complete it by the end of the day so they had Enterprise come and pick me up at work and hooked me up with a rental car so I had wheels for the evening. Their willingness to help their customers is unmatched and unlike a lot of shops in the city. “This place is awesome. It is the best place to buy clothes for your kids. Everything that they take in they've been inspected and it's in pretty decent shape. My wife and I have found gems here of clothes that are almost brand new and they are a tenth of the the price that they would be in another store. The best part of Once Upon a Child is Dollar Days where everything in the store is a dollar. My wife and I have saved thousands of dollars shopping at Once Upon a Child and we will always continue to shop here. They also buy your gently used clothes.”

“Terry and Marie were great to work with,we decided later in the fall that we wanted to paint the house exterior,and they made sure they fit us in before the weather turned,even working on the weekend. House looks amazing,the crew of guys they used were top notch and professional,very clean and respectful to our belongings. There is not one drop of paint drip anywhere. Having done much work to this restoration project myself, I found the technicians very informative and generous with advice regarding the painting stage. The front desk service was very good and the shop was neat and clean. The overall environment among the staff was relaxed and friendly. I also enjoyed the nifty personality touches at the establishment! All this is a credit to the owner who was very kind and helpful and very fair in dealing with me. I will gladly continue to take any future autobody work to Platinum and can fully recommend others to do the same.”
