Unfortunately, they couldn't complete it by the end of the day so they had Enterprise come and pick me up at work and hooked me up with a rental car so I had wheels for the evening. Their willingness to help their customers is unmatched and unlike a lot of shops in the city. The next day I went to pick up my car and it was in perfect condition, freshly cleaned, and ready to roll. I couldn't be happier with their service, attention to detail, and customer care. “Boyd Autobody and Glass was absolutely amazing when it came to repairing my Jeep Patriot. Their estimates were done extremely fast, even giving two estimates depending on what you wanted fixed. When I decided to go with this shop, they got me in ON THE SAME DAY!! Incredible! With a free courtesy car. The next day got my car looking beautiful as ever, it was even washed exterior AND interior! Highly recommend this body shop for all your needs! Having done much work to this restoration project myself, I found the technicians very informative and generous with advice regarding the painting stage. The front desk service was very good and the shop was neat and clean. The overall environment among the staff was relaxed and friendly. I also enjoyed the nifty personality touches at the establishment! All this is a credit to the owner who was very kind and helpful and very fair in dealing with me. I will gladly continue to take any future autobody work to Platinum and can fully recommend others to do the same.”

“Went in on Tuesday, spoke to Dana who recommended new winter tires, zero sales pressure, gave me an excellent quote in writing, and told me that they could install them on Wednesday. I visited other suppliers who couldn’t complete. Some of the prices were close, however being asked to order my tires and then book an installation appointment weeks from now wasn’t going to work for me. Tires are now on ...... Winter driving is going to be easy peazy, lemon squeezy ..... ???? Highly recommended these folks”
