“Neighbourhood is fairly nice, the people living there are friendly. The lot fees are a bit expensive in my opinion but comes with water, sewer, cable and internet. The neighborhood really safe never had any problems with theft or break inns. the internet used to be better when they went through Shaw rather than the company they go through now”
