“Love Dr. Parker I have been going to him since I was a baby he gets 5 stars - but the office staff gets a solid 1. Quite possibly the worst most unhelpful receptionists I have ever dealt with - and consistently too. This isn't just a review of one experience this is a review of the last 4-5 years of going to this clinic. After my phone call with them today - where they told me my options were - wait until Jan - but they can't book me in because they can't schedule that far in advance so actually call back in November - or wait until Jan. Because they gave me no options and even said I am not allowed to see any other Doctors at the same clinic, even though one is even accepting new patients. Its unacceptable and unfortunately we will be finding a new Dr. because of this. Too bad because Dr. Parker really is great and so were the other Doctors at this office! **Update - the nurses are amazing - and the last time I was there they had all new office staff and were SO MUCH BETTER!”

“I had quite a bit of restoration work done here recently. They are willing to work with you so you are able to get the dental work needed. It's quality work (my fillings are insured for a year.) The hygienists are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Mamer & Kathryn are the ones who completed the work for me and saved some pretty important teeth. Dental Therapist Brenda, who sees my daughter, helped me understand how my specific bacteria works in the mouth and how it's hereditary. I am really appreciative of this because now I can make sure my daughter receive's the preventative dental care needed so her teeth have a better chance than mine did. Thank you for seeing me as a patient, being honest about what was being done, and allowing me to get a lot of needed work to save my front teeth.”

“I arrived and was greeted at the door, which was locked, with a friendly smile. I filled out form and was asked to wait till my hygienist was ready for me. It was only a few minutes. I was greeted again with a smile and a trip to my chair. The hygienist was friendly and asked me a few questions about my teeth and how I was doing. We talked a. It more and then she proceeded to clean my teeth. The appointment didn’t take long since there is a step they were not able to do due to COVID. The orthodontist came to check the work and was very friendly and said all looked good. She left and I was told to rinse my mouth before I could leave. I then proceeded to the front reception area to pay my bill. Was greeted with a smile and a compliment. A very great experience!! Friendly staff!!”

“Dr. Hailu is a very compassionate doctor. I came to him after a very poor initial visit with another doctor, who caused me unnecessary panic. Dr. Hailu speaks very calmly and gently, and immediately made me feel more at ease, and took the time to answer my questions. He proceeded to do an assessment very thoroughly, which other doctors didn't, and came to a conclusion that was right on the money when my blood test came the next day. He is easily the best doctor I have seen in Saskatoon in many years. I am so appreciative of his compassionate disposition, and his clear knowledge of assessing patients. I highly recommend!!!!”
