“Took our dog here for a walk in nail trim, as soon as we walked into the store we was greeted by staff who asked if they could help us. Every member of staff we walked past said hi. The woman who served us at the grooming bit was friendly and helpful. Our dog got a free thanks giving bandana and a treat day containing some chews and a little toy! We usually go to the other pet smart store, which was ok, however this one is easier for us to get to but we had such good service we shall be using them as our go to store for sure! Thanks guys!!”

“We have had our two larger dogs groomed by Annie three times now, and nails many more times. She has always been so kind, gentle and patient with them. Our older dog Wells is SO afraid of new people (we have had to abort the nail cutting mission a few times before starting to see Annie due to him trying to escape the entire time) and after 2 grooms, Annie had him coming in WILLINGLY, and always leaving SO happy and relaxed. She does such a great job with Zeb and Wells- its as if she sprinkles calming potion on them! ha! She even learned that I love the lavender scent and is sure to spray them with it each time before pick up! The store is always super clean, and all the other staff are also very helpful and welcoming.”
