“I had not noticed a large scratch on the underside of the bumper when I first picked up the car. A few days later when I did see it, I called Alamo Saskatoon airport, and the agent said she recalled a similar make/model that had this damage and was waiting for repair. She apologized that it was not noted on the file, and assured me it will not impact the cost of my rental. Honesty is hard to find, and so appreciated. I used the early key drop off return option, and got an email from the company within 24 hours acknowledging that they have received the vehicle. I would definitely rent from them again.”

“I have been renting with Avis for 6 years quite regularly but it had always been at another location. While I have always had great people helping me at all locations, I have to say I'm so impressed with Hamza at the 1st Ave location. He definitely went above and beyond. If everyone in a customer service role was like this guy, the world would be a totally different place! I had some damage to my rental a few hours into my trip and gave him a quick call to infom him, not only did he remember exactly who I was despite it being a busy day, but he also did such a great job at reassuring me that everything was fine and I should not worry and enjoy the rest of my trip! This is huge for me, because my natural tendency is to get a bit worked up over the damage but just the conversation with him calmed me down to the point where I just really didn't worry at all, and very much enjoyed my trip. This isn't common, I've been in customer service myself for over a decade, and I am very aware and conscious of the people helping me - there aren't many out there like him. I'd give him 100 stars if I could. Thank you Hamza!”
