(June 22, 2021, 2:31 pm)I stayed for a year and I didn't encounter any problem. The staff treated me well and If I have problem, they would fix it right away.
(June 19, 2021, 5:19 pm)I was a tenant at the Avenue Living for about two years 2019-2021. I came to know Brian & Cimmy & some of thier caretakers (maintenance people).
When I have trouble with the bathroom & with my kitchen cabinet, they send the maintenance guy right away. Same when I have trouble with the fan at the bathroom. They respond right away.
I find my lease reasonable.
The only reason why I moved out, was I found a place, a house, own & manage by a Filipino that gives us a ride to & from work.

(October 5, 2020, 8:59 pm)I’ve been interested in apartments with Avenue Living for a while. Finally got around to viewing and signing a lease. I’ve got to say, quite nice buildings and even better staff. Tammy is who helped me out, and she is awesome! I highly recommend you looking into them!
