“I was a tenant at the Avenue Living for about two years 2019-2021. I came to know Brian & Cimmy & some of thier caretakers (maintenance people). When I have trouble with the bathroom & with my kitchen cabinet, they send the maintenance guy right away. Same when I have trouble with the fan at the bathroom. They respond right away. I find my lease reasonable. The only reason why I moved out, was I found a place, a house, own & manage by a Filipino that gives us a ride to & from work.”
