Excellent customer service! Fitted my entire home gym with reasonably priced equipment that always seemed to have a discount/sale in larger purchases. Whenever I had question about a product, stock or delivery timeline the sales manager was just a phone call away, and always gave thoughtful responses. He even did the heavy lifting to load gear into my car; A++

My only critique would be that if ordering out-of-stock equipment there is going to be delays. In some cases well over a month delays. This is unavoidable regardless of where you are buying from with the demand of fitness equipment in a covid world. Just gotta accept that it is what it is, and take keyboard warriors with a grain of salt... cough cough....... whoopsie little bit of kaka in my throat there... weird how that comes through while typing...
