Arcola School Park

I gave it a goog rating but should have been less. We asked and received a handicap room. The only thing handicapped was the name of the room if I was to enter this room I would not have known it was handicapped. The toilet was too low there was now shower stool in the tub. The only thing that was useful was the hand held shower that couldn't be used because there was no stool in the tub. If you ate in need of a handicap room choose another motel .

Was staying here through work, comfortable beds, clean rooms and quiet hallways.
The morning breakfast is yummy and the staff are attentive and accomodating, would recommend to anyone looking for a cozy place to rest while passing through or staying in Medicine Hat.

Comfortable beds and an ample breakfast. Minimal Covid-19 policies in place, specifically in regards to social distancing and masking in dining areas.

I would stay again, but it is worth noting that in the colder months, there are no block heaters or exterior plugs.

Team members were welcoming and hospitable.

I had come in from 14 hours of driving and was absolutely exhausted. Could barely string together full sentences. Just wanted to sleep. Lawrence at the front desk was nothing but pleasant and hospitable. Honesty i slept in the bed and that was it so can’t say much about the room other than the shower head was huge and the water pressure was amazing. Massive bathroom. Comfy and clean bed. Wifi was good. Staff, service and price was excellent. Lawrence helped me with check in and was very patient with me as i fumbled through my wallet and pockets. Morning check out was also quite pleasant. Don’t remember the young mans name but he was nice to chat with and was quick about checking my room and getting my deposit back to me. Cleaning staff was also friendly as we chatted a bit before i headed out back on the road. 5 star experience. Highly recommend the super 8 in medicine hat.

The room was average. The shower could have been cleaned better as there was hair from previous guests. It was an accessible room with lots of room for a person with a disability to get around. Also a phone in the bathroom in case of an emergency. The room had lots of features that appear to be original and could be updated. Room smelled musty I wouldn't be able to stay for more than one night. The toilet was really loud. No real accessible outlets for charging electronics.

It's a public elementary school where we vote for federal election.

Nice park for kids to play but nothing special
