Stay was good and staff were awesome. Room seemed to a bit run down and maybe even dated. The floors had some stains on it. The AC unit had to be controlled via a remote control and the wall paper was coming off everywhere. So I guess it was a good room for dog people. Dog fee for this stay was 20.

If you book online the prices are a tad cheaper then a 3rd party booking site.

I always have a hard time reviewing hotels, as they're never perfect. That said, I'm giving 4/5 stars for the rooms, as they're always clean and I don't require much more, but the customer service gets a 5/5. I stay here in average 4 times a month, and usually end up booking last minute. Everyone I deal with here is great, but specifically Shaun. In the very rare occasion there is an issue, he deals with it *immediately*. Truth be told, if it weren't for his attention to my comfort and ease when I stay here, I wouldn't stay here.

Great hotel. I've stayed there for years with work. The beds are extremely comfortable. Staff is also very good.

Booked with Expedia. Pool is small but warm enough that my toddler had a blast! No shallow end though. Hot tub was nice. Hotel looks and smells good. Very helpful and polite staff! The attached Denny's has a fairly spicy skillet ???? apparently they serve more than breakfasts.

Nice hotel for a good price. It’s a little run down in places, but pretty good overall. Staff was friendly and when I had a heat problem in my room, it was attended to right away.

I also booked a small conference room while I was there. The banquet staff were friendly and accommodating.

Will be using them for future trips for sure.
