“Kal tire is not an all around mechanic shop, but they do a lot there and I was surprised after I called and asked what they offer. They were fast. I went in because I needed a rotation because a past place that I went to did not do it correctly, so it caused problems that were unneeded. Kal tire got me in quickly. They also only took under two hours to get two new tires, change them, and rotate them. They also told me to come in after some time to tighten again free of charge. They called me before they did anything to my car as in telling me the price options for tires available now and available if I don't mind waiting for the stock to come in. Also a free diagnostic of what they believe what happened in my instance, but could vary depending on situations. They switched my front two new tires to the back and placed my newly purchased ones on the front free of charge as well. They were very helpful and listen to your concerns without making you feel uneducated. They answered all questions I had for future plans that I plan on changing and they did not charge me for unnecessary work.”
