Optometrist was very friendly and explained things thoroughly. She took the time to address my questions and concerns with compassion and detail. Reception was good as well as all staff were very friendly and helpful!

I highly recommend Factory Optical! Great eye doctor and amazing customer service! I had 2 or 3 different people come and ask if I was ok or if I needed help with choosing the right frames! I look forward to getting my new glasses when they're in! The last time (2 years ago) was also a good experience!
