“I was a regular client of Dr. Dean's many years ago. I've missed him a LOT since leaving Regina. Have never found a better dentist anywhere else. He was always so pleasant and gentle, put me totally at ease when I needed work done. And that work was practically painless. Excellent "chair side manner" too and to me, that's a must. Sadly lacking in so many other dentists. My only issue was that he as always booked far in advance but I chalk that up to a lot of repeat clients who appreciated his work and attitude too. I've been to a couple of BAD dentists since leaving Regina. If I could afford it I would go back just to see Dr. Dean again! ? One more thing, he was also incredibly kind to my mom who was in her 80s at the time. She was impressed by him too. Take care Dr. Dean, miss you and hope you are staying well during this difficult time.”

“Excellent phlebotomist, painless, polite, efficient, nice gentleman...woman at desk was not so friendly; no smile, grumpy personality, so it appeared; complaining about another staffer. People have bad days, no one is on 100% of the time. She isn't there to entertain us but a smile would go far. 5 stars for the phlebotomist. 0 stars for making women urinate into a tiny plastic container. I will bet this was a LEAN decision! It needs to be addressed and bring back the "hat" for women to use.”
