(November 28, 2018, 6:30 pm)We contacted Castle after discovering our grandkids had torn the bottom of our beloved leather Palliser ottoman. Although it was 15 years since we'd purchased it, Marlowe and his staff quickly got back to us and said "No problem - bring it right in!". The very professional repair was done in 2 hours at no charge and can't be distinguished from "as new". First rate marks for fast, friendly customer service AND great quality work.
(November 11, 2018, 8:51 pm)We have just purchase more great furniture from Castle Furniture this past week. Our new Palliser lift chair and new lamps along with our 'Stressless' chairs, ottomans, and love seat have added a rich comfort to our new condo, which we will enjoy for years.
Of importance also is the excellent service we received from the Regina Castle Furniture staff. All were professional creating a 'no pressure' comfortable environment. Carmela and Samantha. in particular, shared detailed information and suggestions to assist us in our purchases. Their sincerity was greatly appreciated.
We have shared our positive experience with friends and have encouraged them to shop at Castle Furniture. Overall, Castle Furniture is the number one furniture store in Regina in our books.
