You know when you are having one of those days when you accidentally mix your chemicals up. Well I recently had one of those days and let me tell you, I panicked. As soon as I did it, I knew I mess up and phoned Paradise LeisureScapes right away and talked with Jen. She was amazing and helped me through the process to get my levels back to where they need to be, even after hours. She guided me thought the whole process as I added chemicals to reverse what I did. This whole process took about a total of 10 hours to do, a few test strips and pictures being sent to Jen. We were doing all of this till about 9:30pm on a Saturday night and again Sunday morning. Where else do you get service like that, taking time out of there own personal family time to help someone out? I can’t thank Jen enough for helping me out and fixing the tub.

This is our first pool season as customers of Paradise. We have owned a pool for about 5 years and have always gone to other companies. But we had been hearing good reviews from other colleagues, and had some problems the last couple seasons so decided to give them a try. We have not been disappointed! Such wonderful, polite staff. I have dealt mostly with Jenn, and I must say, she has proven to be very knowledgeable when it comes to maintaining a pool and her advice has been priceless! We pay a little more then we are use to for the products, but they are well worth it. We have had clear water ever since we opened our pool. I am very glad we listened to our friends and decided to give this company a chance.
