Words cannot express how pleased I was when receiving therapy from Teena. I have visited many different therapists but after having a few sessions with Teena I truly began to see a difference in my mental wellbeing.

Teena seemed to have a strong disposition to help especially with my initial consultation over the phone where she gathered information about the challenges I was facing. She was able to help my husband and I through some marital/parenting differences we been having for a while.

She is very professional and down to earth individual who listened to me without any judgement. I always left feeling empowered and energized after our sessions, which motivated me to make changes in my life.

Overall Teena has guided me to recognize different tools and strategies I can use to address issues overall in my relationship and stop behaviours I can have control over. I will definitely be booking more sessions with her in the future and highly recommend her to others.
