“Booked in for highlights, discussed colors with stylist, thought she understood what I was wanting. She applied the colors and foils. Let them set and then washed and dried my hair. To my dismay the end result was not what I was wanting. I wanted highlights, honey blonde and Carmel. What I got was a reddish brown and darker brown. I voiced that I was not happy, so she put more foils in and had me sit for another hour to let them work. My short length hair was then washed, cut and dried. After being in the salon for 3 hours I left with highlights that I was satisfied with on my short length hair. And my receipt read an amount of $142.80 and that was with no tip. I did not have my glasses, so who knows, maybe I left a tip that I didn't realize. I thought that was a bit much for my short length hair. So needless to say, I was not pleased. But at least I'm not bald ????.”
