Screening Program for Breast Cancer

The intake staff's style and ability to communicate effectively left a negative first impression. She lacked the ability to ask precise questions, then grew impatient with the answers she received. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but it leaves one with the impression the office is impatient, cold and uneducated and poorly managed
I was also surprised she was not able to answer the simple yet important question, " does your clinic provide thyroid 'collars' ".
She did, however, take the time to find out, but only after I insisted "both of our times at the booked visit need not be wasted if one is not available". The technician should be using the collar with every patient, and staff should be knowledgeable thereof.
I await my first visit to your facility.
