  Absolutely fantastic customer service. Stopped in to get a water hardness test - was greeted immediately and had a very casual, no pressure conversation with the manager while he tested my water.
  
  This is a business that still maintains that mom & pop type feel - you can tell they are passionate about their craft and delivering great service.
  
  I will be returning when we look at a reverse osmosis system.

  Hi guys thank you so much for great reviews .
  I am going to use there water purifier really soon as it will be installed this week .i am writing this in advance because of their great customer service really professional i spoke to korrie(sorry for spelling mistake) never met him but was really awesome on phone, very helpful and patiently listen you and your need .keep rocking ..i will be posting another review after using there services hopefully it will be good ...

  These folks are the best!
  
  Moved to the city recently, and having never owned/needed to use a water softener or water filter system, I had no idea what needed to be done. I saw the Rainsoft sticker on my equipment, so I emailed Rainsoft and requested they send someone out. To my pleasant surprise, in under 5 minutes I received a phone call back from them :)
  
  They let me know they were able to pull up my 'file' (old owners had Rainsoft equipment) and let me know exactly what needed to be done over the phone, as they were hesitant to charge me for a service call when all my equipment was nearly new. This saved me the $ of a service call, and they showed no hesitation at all to take the time over the phone to make sure I fully understood the system. This wasn't a short phone call, and they made $0 for their time spent with me today. I was even told I could bring a water sample in to be tested, free of charge. 11/10 for customer service!
  
  I now know exactly what I need to do to keep my system operating as it should, and I feel totally and completely confident that if I have any issues at all with my Rainsoft equipment down the road, I will be fully taken care of.
