“While the products' selection and variety are pretty good, I would like to see a bit more customer service. The customer service itself isn't bad, I would just like to see MORE of it. My husband and I were looking at vacuum cleaners and only after nearly 20 minutes did someone come by to ask if we needed help with anything. The customer service rep who helped us was a nice young man - but there should be more people going around, asking if anyone needs help. No one should have to hang around asking for help because customers are too busy trying to PURCHASE something. I am happy with the product we bought (so far) but I would like to see more customer relationship engagement next time if we do choose to go back to go to this location.”

“Good for the odd household item like light bulbs or furnace filters but we find the prices high generally. We always get the kids skates there tho...they have a pretty big selection. Never anyone available to help in that area tho. Also good for vehicle maintenance items. Decent selection of low priced lighting fixtures as well. The canvas brand seems to be bringing in more current furniture designs so it's getting better.????”
