“Strong with Nature Yoga (SWNY) came into my life when I needed it the most. The summer of 2019, I was just starting the journey of trying to create the very best version of myself, and yoga was one of the things I wanted to introduce into my life. I’ve known Victoria since I was a little girl, as we shared the passion of dance. I knew this beautiful soul is who I wanted to take me on the journey of becoming a yogi. I started by attending one of her weekly classes at my local gym, and her loving energy brightened my life. When the pandemic hit, SWNY created an online platform so we could enjoy yoga from the comfort of our own home. My love of yoga continued to blossom. When the world started to open back up, I let my busy lifestyle as a full time working mom of two very active boys, to interfere with my practice. Slowly I lost my yoga habit and routine. In January 2021, SWNY offered the 21 day yoga challenge and the 4 week Discover Yoga course. This gave me the chance to start the year 2021 off with positivity and intention. This was something my soul was craving. SWNY gave me the motivation to once again be fully committed to my yoga practice, on and off the mat. I’ve never felt so strong physically, emotionally and mentally. The inner peace and self love following a yoga session with either Victoria or Iden can not be described, but only felt. From the option of live online classes, to countless classes on demand, you can fit SWNY into your schedule (don’t let yourself tell you otherwise). The ability to chose the level, length and type of class at your own convenience is just amazing. I’m so proud to be part of the SWNY family.”
