There's a lot of history here, maybe even Diefenbaker himself still.....
Small museum in Prince Albert that we visited on our way to the same-named National Park. It was a nice stop and we appreciated the private tour. The price was nominal but the tour was quite informative. Thanks to the young guides who work there!
Guide was knowledgeable about museum and gave an interesting tour.
We went today but its closed. I called number nobody answers. But hours of operation says it's open. We're disappointed but we just took some pictures.
Diefenbaker House is the place where the former Prime Minister and his wife lived before he moved to Ottawa. There are numerous interesting artifacts to admire. The guides know a lot about Canadian history and can share some interesting anecdotes with you. Visiting this place takes only about fifteen minutes. Entrance costs four dollars for adults or you can purchase a museum pass for ten dollars that allows you to visit all four museums in Prince Albert. Don't forget to grab a free post card while visiting.
