(May 4, 2021, 5:14 pm)The staff at P A. Soundworks went above and beyond. My wife and I decided to upgrade our sound system in our older Jeep Grand Cherokee after our factory system crashed. They installed a new Kenwood system that was a definite upgrade.
We live in the far north and were on our way home when the new system froze and shut down. We called them and they said bring it right in and they would address our issue. It was determined that the problem was with our vehicles wiring to the computer which had nothing to do with their install.
They effectively corrected this issue and had us back on our way with no additional charge! A truely professional group with extremely qualified staff. We would highly reccomend P.A. Soundworks and plan on using them for our future needs!
