“The staff at P A. Soundworks went above and beyond. My wife and I decided to upgrade our sound system in our older Jeep Grand Cherokee after our factory system crashed. They installed a new Kenwood system that was a definite upgrade. We live in the far north and were on our way home when the new system froze and shut down. We called them and they said bring it right in and they would address our issue. It was determined that the problem was with our vehicles wiring to the computer which had nothing to do with their install. They effectively corrected this issue and had us back on our way with no additional charge! A truely professional group with extremely qualified staff. We would highly reccomend P.A. Soundworks and plan on using them for our future needs!”

After being broken into, we made a decision to have an alarm system installed in our home and one additional building. The process from start to finish went very smooth, and the system is very convenient and easy to use...even from your cell phone or tablet. We wanted certain people (staff) to only have access to the shop, so the system was designed as such, and we have total control of access levels for every individual, right from our computer or tablet. Also, the system notifies me via text message if it is disarmed or breached. It is monitored via cellular, WiFi and telephone, which is just one more feature for ease of mind. “It was OK. The people there were clearly the business stake holders. They weren't very helpful in terms of answering questions about hardware tech specs. However they were friendly enough and gave me my 40$ phone case for free when I bought my Samsung A71 for 600$. They don't seem to know their stuff and always seem to have to open the box to whichever phone you are inquiring about in order to answer any questions you may have. I suppose I would consider going back to them in the future. However places like the source and best buy still may be your best bet.”
