“My father drove from Nova Scotia to Jay Peak to ski with his grand children. While at the resort, his car's fan died. As we are not from Vermont, I asked around and everyone recommended Lutzs down in Montgomery. We called, and they said bring it down. The shop was not large, but clean and organized. They took the car in Wednesday around noon and by Wednesday evening had diagnosed the problem. The fan was drawing too much current and and fried the module. They ordered the parts, and had Dad up and running by Thursday closing time. They provided a detailed bill and offered the old parts back to my father. For a mechanic in a small town, they did an excellent job and were very knowledgeable. The fact that they could get replacement parts in less than 12 hours delivered is even better. We would recommend them as well. Thanks Derek. Now back to skiing and a return trip to Canada. ”

“I was able to get a same day appointment as well as they ordered tires same day since my size wasn't in stock. They were relatively timely, I was in and out within 30-45 min. Their waiting area is homey and kid friendly, plenty of comfy seating as well as 2 friendly dogs that keep to themselves for the most part. Everything was reasonably priced and staff was courteous. Would definitely recommend them!”
