Simply beautiful. Hit it at low tide for some great tide pool rock life, high tide for some salmon fishing in August, or just hang out at the beach to soak up some sun, build sand castles, and create drift wood fortresses. Be sure to stay for the most amazing sunsets you've ever seen!
Love this park always a good. Time there is a mix of sand and rock so it's not hard on the feet. I do sagest water socks though. Bring food not the closest beach to amenities.this park also has some of the island best camping. A reasonable rat. Discover passes do not cover overnight camping.
If it wasn't so busy we would have loved it. Of course it was busy though, it's a destination. A very beautiful one. Lots of trails, and walking the bridge was a thrill. A good beach for finding glass and other shore treasures. Had a great time!
This is one of the most beautiful parks we've visited: beautiful waters, beaches and forests. Very nicely maintained camping areas and toilet/shower facilities are clean and well tucked into the trees and undergrowth. Junior rangers offer programs on water & land wildlife and forests, making it a fun place for kids and adults. The pathways and roads are also well maintained.
Beautiful beach. Nice long stretch of beach for walking or beach combing. A separate roped off area for swimming also available which looks nice for families with small children. Saw several whales. There was a food truck with great tacos. Picnic tables available and public restrooms. Plenty of parking.
