Great smoked goods and well priced.
I swing by for about 15lbs of chuck roast to make jerky about once a month. Ron is a man who knows his meat! The smell of briscut is seductive to say the least. Wonderful addition to the Island, fantastic service and great prices. Local is the way to go!
Ron is amazing we happened on him by accident and were very satisfied with the two meals we had from him in 2 days and a service is second-to-none one of the most friendly persons you'll ever meet...
Sort of stumbled in here and bought a few cuts of meat. VERY high quality and super delicious. Ron is also the nicest guy and was wonderful to talk to. Will be supporting my local butcher from now on!
