Our dryer arrived damaged, it had bad door that would not stay closed. No issues with returning and they ordered a new one, and it should arrive in about a week. Lorein said it was a lemon because it arrived inoperable. I would definatly use them again, although since I have all new stuff hopefully I won't need them for a long time.”
