Breadfarm

Love this bakery. We always stop by on our annual trip up Chuckanut Drive and grab a few loaves & treats.

Sometimes you find places that are almost too good to be true... this is one of them.
Driving from Bellingham to Mount Vernon, taking the coastal road, I found this place by pure luck and only stopped because of my love of bread.
Don’t let the outside fool you, you are about to enter a world of bread wonder.
The place is welcoming and its natural warmth even improves this feeling. The open workplace brings that feeling of closeness even more.
The display of bread is stunning and you will have to fight yourself to not want to get it all. Viennoiseries and cookies are also available and are delicious.
The employees were very friendly and wanted to share their passion for their products.
The price are artisan store prices (a little high by regular standards) but you shouldn’t hesitate even for a second as the quality of the craftsmanship is worth it.

One big thing to keep in mind: cash or checks only for payment. Cards are not accepted.

This is the kind of stores we think are only in movies. This one is real though and you shouldn’t miss it.

Everything is amazing in this store!we got croissants,cookies,bread,we even find the colomba pasquale!!
Usually in the US i find only the commercial ones,and this was amazing.

Tiny little bakery with fresh bread and treats. Right behind the counter there is a small crew making and forming bread. Cash or check only, no restroom. No seating

The Breadfarm is a part of our life. I go every few weeks and buy 1 or 2 Monster Loaves. I divide them up and freeze all but one. We love the texture and the taste. The staff is friendly and the products fantastic!
