GO NOWI had the best macaroni and cheese I have ever had here. This was the best part of my trip to Washington. Everyone GO!
A fantastic local shop that is trying to be as self-sustaining as possible, they produce amazing cheeses. The tasting room not only has cheese for sale, but local meats, and other delicacies.
Pretty much every time someone comes out to visit us we go for a tasting and pick up a couple pounds of cultured goodness.
If you enjoy REALLY good cheese this is a must stop.
Everything we tried here was fantastic! They had four kinds of cheese out for tasting plus cheese curds. All were great except for the blue cheese but I don't like blue cheese anyway. But the other people that were tasting at the same time as us proclaimed it to be some of the best blue cheese they had ever had. So don't take my word for it. This will definitely be a planned stop every time we pass through here. Close to I 5 on the way north to Canada from Seattle.
Delicious cheese, meat and dairy products. The labneh cheesecake is AMAZING. My husband and I were also happy to find some cuts of meat in their freezer that you do not often find at the store, such as pork tongue and jowl.
Wow! This is a wonderful hidden charm. I've lived in the area most of my life and had no idea that they've been there for 20 years. The ladies are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We stopped just to check out the place, but ended up walking out with quite a bit. There signature cheese was my favorite, especially with the chives. We will definitely be back.
