(July 14, 2016, 4:57 am)I was visiting from Los Angeles for work and found this place near the hotel I was staying at. The owner, Joshua, was very responsive and welcoming. He was accommodating and made dropping in to this box something I looked forward to after work ended. The other coach Ashley was also super friendly. Great staff and nice facility. Everything was clean and the classes were very organized. I highly recommend coming here if you're in this area!

If you've never tried Crossfit before, this is the place to give it a go. The coaches and other members keep you motivated and the varied workout schedule keeps it interesting. -
