    I dropped into CrossFit X and I've never experienced a more welcoming box. Every member was so nice and I felt immediately comfortable. The WOD was challenging and fun. Great experience. Highly recommend.

    Crossfit X is a place for non-competitive adults (like me) rub elbows with some amazing athletes who are amazing and gracious with their time, energy and expertise. They not only have helped me learn to lift better, but have helped create a sense of community. It is my own "happy place" and I'd rather be there than just about any other place.

    Travis, Brendan, Lauren (and so many others) are amazing coaches. I wish more people would understand how amazing Crossfit is. This place truly rocks, and is like a second home for me.

    CrossFit X was my first experience with CrossFit. I was anxious after all the rumors and memes about how intense the community can be. Crossfit X carries only the best components of those rumors. The entire coaching staff and member community encourages one another toward sustainable goals of overall better health, mobility, and life. I have more confidence in what I can achieve and am constantly happier because of the investment of CrossFit X in my life.
