    The service was really stellar at the Trek bike shop in Bellingham. It was a very busy Saturday when I first came in and was greeted right away and the staff was helpful while helping other customers. In Bellingham, that's very seldom the case in most retail shops. The staff was super friendly and approachable. I came back on Sunday morning, things were quieter and there were different staff members working in the shop, but still the same great service and friendly atmosphere.

    Great shopping experience. Had a great conversation with bike mechanic and he was very knowledgeable .
    I would recommend this bike store to anyone who is looking for a new bike.

You helped by finding workable replacement parts, and then really helped when I hit the wall and the limit of my skill and experience as I attempted the rebuild.
