He takes the time to explain the repairs he made as well as give suggestions about preventive maintenance to save you money in the long run. Prices are very fair and the turnaround time for me was amazing way better than a name brand bike shop
(July 14, 2018, 7:21 pm)This is a man who clearly takes pride in his work. His thoroughness and attention to detail are noteworthy. I went to him for a failed back derailer and got back a bike that performed like the day I bought it. He is the sole proprietor with his garage as his shop— can’t support local better than that.
(November 26, 2017, 12:49 am)Robert serviced my bikes this summer (2017), & I got much more than I had bargained for, in a very positive way. Robert goes beyond being "just" professional. He doesn't just fix your bike; he "takes care" of it. He's not just a bicycle repairman; he's a bicycle craftsman who cares more about your bike than you do. Further, he is generous in sharing his time & extensive knowledge about bikes. Even better, I think his prices are very reasonable. And, of course, he stands behind his work. I doubt you'll find this level of personal service at most bike shops. On top of that, he's just a friendly guy who cares about bikes. He has earned my trust, & I plan to use him for future maintenance & repairs.
(October 27, 2017, 10:00 pm)Robert was so accommodating & thorough. He fixed my sons bikes & explained to them how to check their bikes before riding. He obviously knows what he's doing & enjoys it. We'll be back for all our bike needs.
(May 26, 2017, 7:43 pm)Great fast service. When no-one else town would get me in , Robert took the time to not only get me in immediately, but was beyond professional and did an amazing job on my grip tape. Will definitely only be using Robert on the future
