Over several phone calls, they took a bunch of time to consider our different sizes, weights, experience levels and interests, and patiently put together a beginner package tailored to each of us. The prices were the best I found, particularly on last year's closeout gear - ideal for a bunch of beginners - but I would have been delighted with the first-class service, even if the prices had been the same as everyone else's.
