  Extensive selection, fair pricing, Jay was very helpful. Though when we inquired about grout pricing with another sales rep (who will remain nameless... Just don't take his stapler/tape?) it was clearly an annoyance and not worth his time.

  Ask for Isaiah—he's the man. Super friendly, and not in the least bit pushy. I felt like he was in my corner from minute 1. Respected my price range and offered his advice on selections in a way that I thought was honest and sincere. Walking in to the store, our interactions became increasingly friendly and casual, which is a sign that Isaiah makes his customers feel really comfortable and taken care of. Would HIGHLY recommend him.

  We couldn’t be more pleased with our carpet purchase through Great Floors in Bellingham. Our sales associate, Shawn Snow, was very professional, efficient, and accommodating in every way. The installers, Jason and David, were also very professional and courteous and did a beautiful job with installation of a type of carpet that was difficult and time-consuming to work with. Our overall experience with Great Floors was extremely positive, and we highly recommend them!

  Great Floors gets all my flooring business. Shawn Snow receives high marks for his 'will-do' ability.
  
  I have carpeted 2 houses recently. Flooring quality is what you pay for, at any dealer.
  
  Very happy with installation scheduling. Fit it to my schedule, not theirs.

  I’ve bought flooring for three houses over the past twenty years, ranging from carpet to engineered hardwoods and vinyl. After the first carpet arrived damaged, they immediately replaced it without charge. Another product was faulty and they again replaced it with no cost to me. The prices are fair, they take responsibility for the products they sell and the service and installations are friendly and professional. I strongly recommend this company. I am not being paid for this endorsement.
