Everyone supports each other to push harder, go further and break the mental barrier that not only produces results in the gym but in life too. Everyday is an opportunity to workout with your friends and leave feeling accomplished.

(January 13, 2019, 8:29 pm)JD Elite is the best!! I starting about 6 months ago after belonging to another local gym for far too long. The work outs are tough (which I love), but they can be modified for all levels of fitness! Jacob is awesome and he is always very encouraging! I love the energy of this gym - it has a great family feeling to it!
