Excellent wait time (no longer than 5 minutes), thorough eye examination and attentive care. They have a wonderful selection of frames, and assistance choosing just the right ones for my face shape, nose bridge, and complexion to enhance my natural beauty.
I love the staff at Vision Plus Ferndale. They are always kind, helpful and are so knowledgeable about frames and lenses. LOVE THEM!!!!

Friendly staff and a decent selection of frames to choose from. They have a neat eye imager, which takes a photo of your eye, and I liked that they had that technology. They weren't able to help me with my particular vision issues, though, and didn't catch a few subtleties that my new optometrist discovered.
It is not an underestimate for me too say I love the folks who work at Vision plus! Wednesday in the middle of my work day I broke my frames. I walked in cold at lunch time and was greeted with smiles. When I showed them my glasses they immediately understood my pain. Without my glasses I am useless at work. I am also uninsured and don't have a lot of extra $$. They took my broken glasses, with unusually shaped lenses, to try to fit then into a "frame from the back" , a long shot at best . I had bought some generic glasses next door so I could get through the afternoon at work. In less than 20 minutes they called and "said the had found a very nice frame, that was super affordable, and they thought I would like it, did I want to come see it before they put my frames in it? I told them that if they thought I would like it, to just do it and I would be in as soon as I could to pick them up. And I love them, they are ones I would have picked for myself. Talk about caring service!! They so easily could have just said oh that's bad you need to pick out some new expensive frames. It was not my first time there and every time I go there the service is just like this. Love you guys, hope the boss reads this. The people on the front lines make or break a business!
