“Wells Fargo is known as a huge impersonal conglomerate (as are all large corporations). However, walk into the Ferndale branch of Wells Fargo, and you feel like you are walking into a bank of yesteryear: friendly, accommodating, personable! No, we do not get what we want everytime we go there (e.g. fees reversed, stopping a bill pay, etc.... all mistakes that were ultimately our fault), but they've always try to help us as much as they can... and never any attitude!
