“We are a Canadian company, that has contracted with Diversified Shipping for over 4 years for their "Pick and Pack" Fulfillment service. We have had excellent service with very reasonable rates. They are very flexible and were willing to accommodate our special shipping requests. We can phone them any time to make to make adjustment to any order. We feel that they are part of our family business. Diversified Shipping has not make any mistakes and our business has tripled since we stated with them. Initially, we were with a very large Fulfillment Center and it was a complete disaster because of all the mistakes they were making that was costing us customers! What was most frustrating is that their service people would not respond to our emergency phone calls until 3-4 days later and management didn't care about their serious mistakes. We had to pay a lot of money to get our inventory out of this very international, uncaring company and move it over to Diversified Shipping. Jim Hinds, the owner of Diversified Shipping, is always available to help us in any way. Even more important , Jim has experience in the importing/ exporting so has been able to help us in this area and arrange shipping to Canada etc. He also has staff that we hire to do assembly line work at a very reasonable price. “The absolute best storage facility I've dealt with yet!! I'm a contractor and own my own company and have to use their unit for storage of equipment when I'm slow. I've been through roughly a dozen or so different storage companies and K mini has by far been the best. Their customer service is so incredible. I'm not sure what Ol' Jimbo is referring to but I've always been met with a smile and a helpful attitude. I was however in the office the other day and witnessed an irate lady that was so rude and disrespectful to the young lady working. I was appalled at how horrible someone could be to another human being that was just simply trying to do their job. I will say tho, she handled it amazing, by far better than I ever could have. Still being extremely polite and helpful. Some people need to grow up and learn how to treat people. Just because someone is in customer service doesn't mean they're your doormat. “This has to be one of the best post offices. No long waits and staff is friendly, knowledgable and very supportive. I dont like how the USPS merged with FedEx and UPS where they now cant deliver to my house instead to the post office. The goal is to make sure I now address all my packages to street address then # symbol, followed by my PO Box. this trick was shared by clerk Shauna and it seems to work, no issues since. thank you Deming Post office. ”

It's highly dependent on who is delivering your mail that day/week if you get your packages on time or if your packages end up late, shoved inside the mailbox roughly maybe even broken, or if your mail ends up at 2 or 3 other houses.”

“Works for me. Easy to deposit to my account online. Easy to track online. Website is a little dated, but it works fine. Excellent text communication system. 24/7 Access is super nice. Walking distance to the border which is nice. Slightly worried about that front door though. Lock appears damaged so just a heads up. May want to fix that. It seems to lock fine, but just be heads up. On staffed hours, super nice and helpful. I have gotten on average about 4 packages per month and never an issue. Honestly only issue is the wait to cross back to Canada which is hardly their fault. Cheers.”
