Coach Lucas, Mike and Wade and very knowledgeable and welcoming for everyone. Don’t feel intimidated and come check out a class one day. There is a great group of people who will make you feel at home. My two 16 yo kids (m&f) train here with me and they love it. I am 41 and getting in the best shape of my life.
