This is a very well maintained park, with the lowest fees in the area. The tenants have many freedoms to do as they please with the space they rent. Marilyn is approachable, fair, and diligent regarding her ownership and management of the property.
I recently had the pleasure Of working for the owners of Lake Trail Estates, Marilyn was such a pleasure to deal with and really cares about her tenants, she goes above and beyond to make sure the estate is a safe and beautiful place to live .
