“This team of 3 (including Dmitri, the owner who also bid the job) arrived when expected, completed the removal of our old furnace and installed the new Ducane 96% high efficiency furnace and all associated vents, piping, pumps, chimney liner, etc in an efficient and professional manner and all done by 5PM (as promised). They took time to explain any questions I had and provided me with warranty info as well as Info regarding future service requirements. We've only had this new furnace for a week now but it has really impressed us so far. We like the variable speed blower (our old blower was either full on or off). This furnace just feels like a high quality product, but it comes with a great warranty if we have any issues. With natural gas prices soaring, we're hopeful to achieve some savings on our future bills over our old, way less efficient furnace.”
